Policies

Booking

For all photography collections, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to book and hold the date & time of the photography session. The remaining balance is due at the time of the session. 

For all mini sessions, the full session fee is required at the time of booking to hold the date & time. 

Cancellations

For all photography collections, a minimum of 48 hours written notice is required for cancellation. In the event of cancellation of an outdoor photography session, the client forfeits the deposit, however, it may be credited towards a future session. The rescheduled date must be confirmed within 30 days of the original scheduled session and must occur within the same calendar year. 

For all In-studio photography sessions, if a cancellation occurs, the client forfeits their deposit and will be subject to a re-booking fee equal to the studio rental rate in addition to the original photography session fee. 

Weather & Lighting

In the event of inclement weather and/or should the photography session occur at time or place where there is an absence of natural light, cancellation is at the photographer’s discretion. 

Late Arrival

The client must agree to arrive in advance of the scheduled session start time. 

Refunds and credits are not available to clients due to late arrival or no-shows. The photographer makes no guarantees outdoor session will be extended or re-scheduled due to lateness. 

License

Photographer retains copyright over the photographs, in all formats and is able to use it for self-promotion. Upon payment, the client will receive personal and print rights and may make unlimited reproductions of the final edited photographs for family and friends both online and offline. Any re-sale, re-license, sub-license is prohibited.

Delivery + Storage

Delivery of final gallery could take up 3-4 weeks, depending on the time of year. I do my best to deliver as soon as possible but I make no guarantees beyond this window.

Long term storage is not included within my services. Clients will have 2 weeks from their delivery date to download their gallery to personal storage devices before the online gallery is permanently removed.
